Delayed / Absent Ejaculation

Delayed ejaculation (retarded ejaculation) is when a man takes a very long time to ejaculate, or fails to ejaculate at all despite normal erection and arousal. Retrograde ejaculation, semen entering the bladder, is confirmed by a simple urine test. Most cases are psychogenic or medication-related and respond well to Ayurvedic treatment combined with counselling.
